Asociación Española de Cáncer de Mama Metastásico (ACMM)
Nowadays, the main cause of death of women between 35 and 50 years of age is a disease that is not very well known: metastatic breast cancer. This disease will affect two out of every ten women with cancer and only represents 10% of the total investment in research in Spain.
This year, DAUSS Cares gives us the opportunity to get to know, give a voice to and support the Spanish Association for Metastatic Breast Cancer (Asociación Española Cáncer de Mama Metastásico). The Association was born from the initiative of a group of patients affected by this disease. It seeks to empower patients, give more visibility through information and, in addition, to promote more and better research to achieve, as soon as possible, the chronification and cure of metastatic breast cancer.
This devastating disease, which causes more than 6,000 deaths a year in Spain, needs people who really want to make a difference and help to promote research projects focused especially on the metastatic phase.
DAUSS, in order to contribute to the dissemination and research against metastatic breast cancer, and appealing to the spirit of solidarity, invites you to the charity event on the 24th of November at 24th at 7:30PM.
